Earth Grounders: Returns & Refunds Policy

 

At Earth Grounders, we stand behind the quality of our natural wellness products. We want you to feel grounded and satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help.

 

The 7-Day Return Window

 

You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

 

To be eligible, your item must be:

 

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Shipping Costs & Conditions

 

We handle return shipping costs based on the reason for the return:

 

Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize. In these cases, Earth Grounders will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage to receive your prepaid shipping label.

Personal Preference: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind or didn't care for the scent/texture), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

To start the process, please email our support team at info@earthgrounders.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary return address and instructions.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer's policies).

If rejected: We will notify you if the item does not meet our return criteria.
